Manager of Security Operations

A company is looking for a Manager of Security Operations & Engineering to lead and evolve their security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and SOC analysts

Drive daily security operations and develop incident response processes

Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance security capabilities and reduce risk

Required Qualifications

8+ years in security operations and / or engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role

Experience in building or maturing SOC and incident response programs

Expertise in IAM, cloud security, and vulnerability management

Hands-on experience with security tools like SIEM / SOAR and threat intelligence platforms

A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing technical teams
