Heritage Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing roofing company built on integrity, quality work, and a fun, high-energy team culture. As our sales teams continue to grow, we're looking for a people-person to join our recruiting team and help us find motivated sales talent.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building connections, and learning recruiting from the ground up. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you'll help bring in door-to-door (D2D) sales reps/project managers for our roofing sales teams.

No recruiting experience needed we'll train you. If you're confident, outgoing, and not afraid to talk to new people, you'll fit in.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office position in Cedar Park, TX.

Finding and recruiting candidates for door-to-door sales and project management roles

Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, outreach, and local events

Conducting video interviews (required)

Scheduling and coordinating in-office interviews

Attending job fairs and recruiting events (required)

Explaining the role, expectations, and earning potential to candidates

Keeping job postings updated and maintaining a steady pipeline of applicants

Helping with onboarding paperwork and new-hire processes

Tracking candidate info and basic recruiting metrics

Comfortable talking to people on the phone and on video

Confident, energetic, and able to "sell" the opportunity

Organized, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple candidates at once

Reliable, professional, and willing to learn

Basic computer and admin skills
