Mid-Senior Level Associate in Labor & Employment in Silicon Valley, CA Job requires five days a week on-site in Silicon Valley, CA Compensation and Benefits :

  • A competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.

Key Qualifications :

  • An interest in employment litigation, with preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in employment litigation, employment counseling, and traditional labor work.
  • Excellent academic credentials and references.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in California.
