Buscamos um profissional de Folha de Pagamento que desempenhe um papel essencial na experincia dos nossos colaboradores, garantindo processos precisos, eficientes e inovadores. Seu trabalho impactar diretamente a satisfao interna e sustentar nosso crescimento contnuo. O que voc vai fazer

  • Processamento e Clculos : Folha de pagamento CLT mensal, frias, 13 salrio e rescises; Clculo e conferncia dos encargos trabalhistas. Apurao e controle de provises contbeis (frias, 13 salrio, encargos). Emisso e gesto de recibos de pagamento para autnomos (RPA);
  • Gesto de Benefcios e Controle de Jornada : Administrao de benefcios relacionados folha (VR, VT, assistncia mdica, etc.). Gesto do controle de ponto e banco de horas;
  • Conformidade e Relacionamento Externo : Gerao e envio de eventos peridicos e no peridicos no eSocial. Conhecimento sobre legislao trabalhista e previdenciria. Atendimento s obrigaes acessrias e suporte em auditorias externas;
  • Suporte aos Colaboradores e Interao Interna : Atendimento e esclarecimento de dvidas dos colaboradores sobre folha, benefcios, frias e afastamentos. Conduo de processos admissionais e demissionais completos, incluindo integrao e documentao. Colaborao contnua com times de contabilidade, financeiro, jurdico e People;
  • Melhoria Contnua e Inovao : Apoiar a estruturao e otimizao contnua dos processos do Departamento Pessoal, identificando melhorias e promovendo inovao. Explorar possibilidades de incluir uso de GenIA para alavancar a qualidade operacional e experincia dos usurios.

    • Requisitos :

  • Formao superior em Administrao, Cincias Contbeis, Recursos Humanos ou reas correlatas;
  • Nvel avanado em Excel;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office e Google Workspace;
  • Experincia com processamento de folha;
  • Domnio em clculo de encargos trabalhistas;
  • Domnio de obrigaes acessrias;
  • Conhecimento em legislao trabalhista e previdenciria;
  • Atendimento a auditoria externa;
  • Experincia com estruturao e melhoria de processos.

    • Diferenciais :

  • Experincia com clculo de frias coletivas;
  • Experincia em implantao de sistemas.
