A company is looking for a Category Manager III to develop sourcing strategies and manage procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and manage sourcing projects, including vendor analysis and service level agreements
Negotiate high-value purchasing agreements and maintain supplier relationships while managing supplier performance
Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience
10+ years of sourcing or procurement experience
CPSM, PMP, or Six Sigma certification is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain, category management, and strategic sourcing concepts
Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and knowledge of the telecommunications industry is beneficial
