Coders Connect are partnering with a global enterprise to hire a Senior AI & RPA Solutions Consultant . This is a business-facing role focused on evaluating, mapping, and driving automation and AI-powered solutions across multiple functions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the organization’s process improvement strategy while ensuring stakeholder needs are met and high-impact automation opportunities are delivered.

The mission is to unlock efficiency and innovation by embedding AI and automation across enterprise operations. You’ll be central in bridging business and technology, ensuring that complex functions benefit from data-driven process improvements, RPA, and advanced AI solutions.

What You’ll Work On

• Mapping and quantitatively evaluating complex business processes to identify inefficiencies
• Designing and executing data-driven process improvement plans
• Identifying and assessing high-impact RPA and AI opportunities across business services
• Translating business challenges into automation- and AI-led solutions
• Crafting advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs)
• Ensuring compliance, security, and confidentiality across sensitive business data

Experience : 5+ years in process improvement, automation consulting, or AI / ML strategy Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath) Exposure to LLMs, AI / ML platforms, and commercial tools Strong with Power BI, Python, SQL (bonus) Business process mapping & benefit modeling Prompt engineering and LLM usage Translating business problems into AI-led solutions Soft Skills : Executive presence, strong communicator, proven ability to work cross-functionally in enterprise or legal contexts
