A day in the life.

As a Client Manager on our Employee Health & Benefits team, you will focus on delivering exceptional client service and managing client accounts effectively. You will resolveplex issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility while keeping benefits consultants informed. Your insights in market strategy and requests for benchmarking data will help shape our approach. You will lead the marketing process by gathering RFP documents and exploring negotiation opportunities. Additionally, you will drive carrier negotiations and oversee technology implementations to ensure a seamless client experience. Your skills in preparing presentations, developing meeting agendas, and coordinating plan documents will be essential as you guide clients through the enrollment process. Collaboration withpliance resources will ensure adherence to regulations. Your confidence in driving client strategy and engaging with decision-makers will be key. Ultimately, yourmitment to outstanding client service and strategic initiatives will significantly enhance our client experience.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• A minimum three years of Benefits / HR experience required
• Working knowledge of risk management techniques, including Employee Health and Benefits markets and marketing techniques
• Deep understanding of various funding mechanisms and ability to share knowledge with a variety of stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Legal work authorization to work in the on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
