Job Summary: The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), create behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective treatment delivery. BCBAs use data-driven methodologies to monitor progress and make evidence-based adjustments to improve client outcomes.
Job Responsibilities: - Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
- Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field from an accredited university
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
- Maintains BACB Certification
- Maintains State Certification
