Key Responsibilities

Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, and program controls

Manage program budget and support project prioritization

Collaborate with stakeholders to support governance and program enhancements

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of Program and / or Project management experience

Operational Process Improvement experience

Managed Care experience in a shared service or matrixed environment

Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
