Position : Mainframe Developer Specialist

Type : Fulltime - W2 (Permanent)

Location : San Francisco

We are seeking an experienced IMS DB DBA / Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a robust mainframe skill set including JCL, COBOL, and more. This role requires independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision while effectively coordinating with multiple scrum teams.

Key Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience with Mainframe technologies : COBOL, DB2, Stored Procedures, MQ, CICS.
• Proven experience in Software Development and Implementation Life Cycle.
• Expertise in DB2, SPUFI, ENDEOR, VSAM, and ICETOOL .
• Experience in development, maintenance, and production support projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Experience in the Banking Payments domain is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate capability in analysis, design, coding, testing, and be able to work as an individual contributor.
