You’ll be a vital part of supporting five different clinics, keeping patients flow smooth, ensuring a positive experience, and helping each department succeed. This dynamic role offers the chance to work across five primary care suites—Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, and two-Family Medicine offices—making every day different, rewarding, and full of growth potential.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities

·Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits

·Collect copays and outstanding balances with accuracy

·Schedule appointments and route messages using EPIC

·Complete patients visit confirmations and follow-up callbacks

·Provide essential coverage across all front office suites

·Assist as a Patient Coordinator when needed

·Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

·Previous experience in a primary care medical office (several years preferred)

·Solid understanding of medical front office processes

·EPIC experience strongly preferred

·Excellent attendance and reliability, this role is essential!

·Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple departments

·Strong communication and customer service skills

·Professional, compassionate, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
