Key Responsibilities :

• Formulate and implement robust litigation strategies for intricate financial commercial and contractual disputes.
• Oversee extensive discovery processes including management of e-discovery and preparation for depositions.
• Draft argue and secure favorable outcomes on critical motions including dispositive motions and preliminary injunctions.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to a high-caliber client base ensuring comprehensive representation in both court and advisory capacities.
• Collaborate with partners on cases intersecting with bankruptcy / insolvency proceedings and large-scale real estate disputes.
• Mentor junior associates and utilize advanced legal technology to enhance litigation support efficiencies.
