Title: ECBVIB-Production/Inventory Coordinator B - E29-Production Coordinator
Location: North Charleston, SC
Duration: 6 Months + Contract
Rate: $24.50 Hourly
Job Description:
- Client is currently seeking an Production Coordinator to join the Final Assembly Team to support the 787 program in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processes and moves production parts and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions
- Monitors and analyzes work in process
- Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability
- Identifies and resolves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes
- Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays
- Works under general supervision
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite variable shift based on the needs of the business. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, SC.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to walk, stand, climb, and descend stairs, bend and lift items, package materials, and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to communicate closely with various cross-functional teams, customers, engineering, manufacturing
- 1+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, warehousing, and/or retail industry for non-production materials, tool, and shop supplies
- Forklift license or ability to obtain forklift license
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience working with the ERPLN application
- 1+ years of experience working with Order Manager application
- 1+ years of experience working with (SAT) Shipside Action Tracker
- 1+ years of experience working with Enablon application
Education / Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

- 1st shift: 5AM-130PM
- 2nd shift: 130PM-10PM
- 3rd shift; 10PM-5AM
- training will be on the shift they are assigned to
- Onsite/remote/hybrid: 100% onsite

- Physical demands (if any): Ability to operate a forklift, lift 35 lbs, and stand/walk regularly throughout the day to include occasional stairs is required.
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment OJT or formal classroom training
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
