Position Title : Parking Lot Striping Foreman

Location : Saginaw, TX

Salary Range : $60,000 - $80,000 (Based on Experience)

Work Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM / 7 : 00 PM (Varies based on job site location)

Workdays : Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays based on job demands / emergencies)

As a leader in installing signage and pavement markings, we seek an experienced Parking Lot Striping Foreman to manage projects and lead a crew effectively.

Job Description :

The Parking Lot Striping Foreman will oversee and participate in the application of pavement markings and the installation of signage. This role demands a highly experienced individual who can manage both people and projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a crew in applying pavement markings.
• Operate air and airless paint striping machines.
• Handle new layouts including radius, angle, and 90-degree parking setups.
• Install various types of signage including surface mount and pipe bollard.
• Oversee project execution from start to finish ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Operate 2500 / 3500 HD trucks with bumper pull trailers.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
• Distribute tasks among crew members based on individual skills and project requirements.
• Train and mentor new and existing crew members.
• Read and interpret blueprints for project specifications.
• Manage material inventory and calculate needs for projects.
• Perform additional duties as required to meet project demands.
