Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience and performance. High performers who consistently deliver quality work have significant earning potential.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities : What You'll Do

  • Install motorized and retractable screen systems in high-end residential properties
  • Troubleshoot complex installation challenges with creative, on-the-spot solutions
  • Work with precision to ensure flawless integration with the existing architecture
  • Perform trim work and minor carpentry to achieve seamless installations
  • Complete projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members or work independently, depending on project needs

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency with power tools and woodworking / trim carpentry
  • Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders throughout the day
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor for client interactions
  • Self-motivated work ethic with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unique job site conditions
