Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to support enterprise sales opportunities requiring pilot programs
Manage the execution of enterprise pilot programs, including onboarding and training
Monitor pilot progress and gather feedback to improve future pilot success
Required Qualifications
Experience in Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Customer Success roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer pilots
Experience leading client onboarding and product adoption initiatives
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Ability to translate complex workflows into practical solutions for customers
