Experience with Kaizen and continuous improvement is a plus. Experience standardizing, improving operational and development Cycle processes. Experience with Reports and Presentations Mathematic Skills : advanced mathematical concepts Strong verbal communication Creation, maintenance and distribution of the Production, Development Build Plans, Engine Kit Build Schedule in ERP System (Syspro) Creation and maintenance of Production Financial Build Plan Forecast Responsible for researching and analyzing $15M Production Budget and $5M Development Budget Responsible for the allocation and rotation of 130 Engines in Production, Development and Test Pool. ERP data across multiple Engine Specifications, auditing Engineering Bill of Materials for accuracy, while resolving issues. Runs data analysis of Production and Development Inventory
