Position Highlights :
- This position is not remote.
- Minimum of 2 years of Obstetric inpatient experience required, including Labor, Delivery, and Fetal Heart Monitoring.
- Potential for a Sign-On Bonus up to $15,000.
- Varied Shifts : Day / Night, every 3rd weekend / holiday; 48 hours over 2 weeks.

Overview :
As an RN, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by assessing patient conditions and developing tailored care plans. You will provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families while continuously evaluating and adapting care objectives.
What You Will Do :
Provide comprehensive patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating care plans to the healthcare team.Develop individualized nursing care plans and document patient conditions, histories, and progress.Educate patients and families on healthcare requirements, answering questions and providing necessary resources.Regularly evaluate and modify care based on patient needs and therapeutic standards.Maintain a safe and healthy patient care environment, adhering to infection control and legal regulations.Document all patient care services accurately in patient and departmental records.Ensure all patient care equipment is functioning properly and maintained.Anticipate and manage patient care supply needs efficiently.Essential Qualifications :

Required Education and Experience :
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.Preferred Qualifications :
