Luxembourg City Film Festival – Assistant.e promotion et encadrement - jeune public

Type de contrat : CDD temps plein (40h) du 3 novembre 2025 à fin mars 2026 – date d’entrée à définir

Travail en week-end et en soirées lors du Festival (du 5 au 15 mars 2026) et de ses préparatifs (à définir).

Placé.e sous l’autorité de la Direction du Festival et de la Responsable de la programmation jeune public, l’Assistant.e a pour mission le soutien à la programmation artistique, la promotion et plus spécifiquement l’encadrement du volet jeune public du Luxembourg City Film Festival, en amont et pendant le Festival en fonction des événements de la manifestation et en collaboration avec l’équipe du Festival.

PROFIL :

  • Formation supérieure BAC +3 / 5 en management culturel, évènementiel / cinéma / animation socio-culturelle ;
  • maîtrise des outils informatiques courants ; (la connaissance d’un logiciel de gestion de Festival EVENTIVAL constituant un atout) ;
  • excellentes qualités rédactionnelles, relationnelles et organisationnelles ;
  • dynamique et disponible, ayant le sens de l’initiative ;
  • connaissance en gestion de projets pédagogiques et socio-culturels, sensibilité aux activités culturelles ;

maîtrise du français, du luxembourgeois et de l’anglais (l’allemand constituant un atout supplémentaire).

  • Soutien à la Responsable de la programmation jeune public et collaboration avec l’équipe de programmation pour la promotion, l’encadrement du jeune public : suivi des projets jeune public (ex : LuxFilmFest Campus), ateliers et masterclasses, accueil des invités, intervenants, écoles;
  • assistance pour la mise en place des activités, voire de la conceptualisation d’ateliers. Gestion de l’accueil des invités jeune public, de l’organisation logistique de la manifestation dans les différents lieux du Festival, aide à la gestion des bénévoles ;
  • communication jeune public : réalisation du dossier pédagogique, aide à la rédaction des publications jeune public, à la mise à jour du site Internet et des réseaux sociaux, de la vérification de la billetterie, envoi des documents et distribution ;
  • promotion du Festival auprès des différentes cibles et particulièrement pour le jeune public et le milieu scolaire (distribution, flyering, etc.) ;
  • traitement et suivi des inscriptions scolaires en salle et en ligne (mails, téléphone) ;
  • suivi de l’organisation logistique de la manifestation pour la partie jeune public : rédaction de fiches manifestations, ateliers, besoins techniques, etc. ;
  • présentation des séances jeune public, animation de débats ;

    • suivi et accompagnement des invités jeune public : rédaction de feuilles de route, débats, etc.

  • utilisation du logiciel de gestion de Festival Eventival : intégration de données (contacts, textes, statistiques, invités, versions, etc.) ;

    • aide à la gestion quotidienne de l’a.s.b.l : travaux administratifs, appels téléphoniques, etc.
