ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to look for more sustainable ways to build, we need world-class talent to join our team. We are seeking a Construction Materials Lab Intern for Summer 2026 who is passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning May 27th, 2026.

This internship will be based at our site in Ste. Genevieve cement plant in Bloomsdale, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lab activities :

Gain insights into the vital role of our laboratory in ensuring product quality through internal testing, customer testing, and research initiatives.

Spend time with our Quality Department to comprehend their role in cement production, learn about required cement testing procedures, and understand the significance of each constituent in producing high-quality cement.

Have the opportunity to shadow a local TSE to gain insight into their daily responsibilities and the technical aspect of their role
