Teleresearch Associate

A company is looking for a Phone Research Associate (Teleresearch).

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct scripted phone interviews to verify and gather basic business information

Accurately enter gathered information into the database using basic computer skills

Maintain a 99% accuracy rate while meeting productivity standards

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Call Center or customer service experience is preferred

General computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate databases

Ability to work independently from home while supporting team goals

Ability to enter information accurately based on auditory input
