We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and providing excellent support to team members and clients. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, communication, and maintaining a focused atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing documentation.
• Handle incoming calls with courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other office materials.
• Maintain the office's supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize office workflows and resolve any administrative challenges.
• Support various office functions, including filing, scanning, and document management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment and software.
