Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Evaluations

We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage Medicaid , and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.

Compensation :

  • Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
  • $80 base rate per completed assessment
  • Average 6-9 patient visits daily
  • Additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits

Position Details :

  • Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday (no nights / weekends required)
  • Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
  • Focus on preventive care and wellness evaluation
  • No prescribing or treatment modifications required
  • Pre-populated, patient-specific assessment forms provided

    • Benefits :
