Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and Board to develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy

Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, and multi-year forecasting processes

Drive financial modeling for new business initiatives and oversee all accounting operations

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years as a VP Finance or CFO

Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS company and understanding of subscription-based business models

Strong command of SaaS financial metrics and recurring revenue reporting

Exceptional executive presence with strong board and investor communication skills

CPA, CFA, or MBA from a top-tier institution preferred
