This is a 3‑month contract (potential for contract‑to‑hire) with a client in Noblesville, IN.

Work onsite Monday through Friday in Noblesville.

Pay range : $24.00 / hr – $27.00 / hr, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Effective and efficient operation of the business / bursar’s office – Journal Entry Control, Revolving Fund control, Cashier and Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Business and Industry interface.

Adheres to proper internal controls and ensures compliance with policies and procedures and the Financial Management Manual in areas of Business Office, Bursars and Administrative Services.

Responsible for student fee payments, online entries, cash receipts, cash reconciliation, invoices / files / reports, and collection of individual deferment accounts.

Responsible for third‑party billing process including invoicing and reconciling accounts.

Responsible for Journal Entry Control and Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions for campus controls, balances, and reports on Revolving Fund Activity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business discipline or public administration required; Accounting degree and experience strongly preferred.

Three years related experience and two years supervisory experience required.

Experience with Windows‑based PC programs required.

Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables.

Experience with WorkDay is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Responsive to internal and external customer needs and complaints professionally.
