Payment Specialist III

A company is looking for a Payment Specialist III to oversee payment posting and related tasks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor with reporting functions and audit posting accuracy

Manage advanced clearing accounts and facilitate fund transfers across entities

Perform emergency downtime posting procedures and maintain compliance with PLB processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting or business preferred

Minimum of six years of experience in an accounts receivable environment, preferably in healthcare

In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing and receivables processes

Experience with change control processes and documentation

Familiarity with cash accounting and journal entry procedures
