Position Summary

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our outpatient team in Ashland, MO. The OTA will provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting patients in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic activities and exercises
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff
• Demonstrate Concept Rehab’s values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity in daily practice
