Key Responsibilities
Inform and educate customers about policy coverages and insurance needs
Manage inquiries and requests from customers through various communication channels
Maintain knowledge of market conditions and state insurance guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 to 3+ years of Personal Lines Experience or 2+ years of Commercial Lines Experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Ability to work from home with specified internet requirements
Experience with Agency Management Systems and Electronic Document Management
