Customer Service Associate

Position Purpose :

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position involves assisting customers with loading their vehicles and monitoring the store entrance. You will also be responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of shopping carts near the entrance, ensuring convenience for everyone visiting our store.

In this role, you will interact with fellow Home Depot associates and customers alike. Since you will often be the first and last associate customers encounter, exceptional customer service skills are essential. Direct customer interaction is a significant part of this position, and we are looking for friendly and approachable candidates.
