Job Title : Electrical Superintendent Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Superintendent with robust computer skills and familiarity with switchgears and UPS systems, particularly in the context of data centers. This role involves working on projects located in Mississippi and Chicago, with the expectation of traveling between these locations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both data centers and the electrical field.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand the project scope and schedule.
- Assist in maintaining the project schedule daily through Touch plan.
- Collaborate with the Project Scheduler and Project Manager to develop the progress schedule, such as a two-week look-ahead schedule.
- Prepare and distribute daily logs on Procore.
- Coordinate and schedule necessary inspections.
- Prepare agendas for regular construction meetings.
- Enforce site safety, security, and visitor access protocols.
- Ensure quality and workmanship of finished products.
- Develop and maintain a Site Utilization plan.
- Maintain a phone log.
- Prepare pre-punch list items.
- Work with the Project Site Engineer to upload all pertinent project information on Procore.
- Provide site safety training and enforce safety compliance on the project site.
- Conduct weekly tool talks.
- Secure any required hot work permits for the project.
Essential Skills

Electrical background is preferred.Experience as a site supervisor or in a management role.Proficient computer skills.Ability to read and interpret schedules.Strong communication skills.Data center background is beneficial but not required.Willingness to travel is helpful.Strong safety attitude.Approximately 5 years of experience.Work Environment
This position will be on-site in Georgia, Chicago, or Mississippi, with the expectation of traveling between sites. The role offers a year-long contract with benefits, and there is potential for permanent placement based on company needs. Benefits include 401k, two weeks of PTO, dental / vision / medical coverage, a $60 cell phone reimbursement, and 10 paid holidays. Travel expenses, including hotel accommodations, will be covered.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00 / hr.
