A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient education and support regarding medication adherence and disease management through telephonic outreach

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients

Utilize advanced computer skills to interact with patients and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas or Arizona

3+ years of clinical RN experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

RN Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Candidate must reside in Texas or Arizona
