Program Manager (BCBA / BCaBA) In-Clinic Leadership Role | No Evenings or Weekends | Lexington, SC I'm working with a clinician-run ABA center in Lexington, SC, that's adding a Program Manager to lead in-clinic services. This is a true clinical leadership role - not a glorified billable position -, and it's built for someone who wants ownership, structure, and sane hours. This is a role for someone who wants to lead clinically, not just hit numbers. If you're burnt out from late evenings, weekend catch-up, or constantly retraining underprepared techs, this will feel very different. The Setup : In-clinic role (no travel between sites) Monday-Friday, 8 : 15am-4 : 15pm No evenings. No weekends. Ages served : 2-21 You'll be supervising a well-trained RBT team that completes a structured 3+ week onboarding before working independently.
