System Integration Engineer

Job Description Summary

The Technical Leader leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business or is a recognized expert in a specialized this role you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise and contribute to the overall business strategy

The Technical Leader will among other things lead the execution of Systems Tech Review coordinate with design specialist teams interface with external customers and partners and ensure designs and teams meet expected milestones and follow processes. The leader will also have responsibility to implement a next generation of system level requirements for the product phase of a new product segment for GE.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers for all product design aspects of the assigned system
• Assure all component designs meet requirements
• Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing sourcing services global engineering ATO and systems engineering
• Support service programs fulfillment and New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Provide strong guidance and contribution to DMP and design to cost projects
• Communicate progress to all levels of the organization
• Mentor and develop less experienced personnel

The base pay range for this position is $00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan.
