A company is looking for a Finance & Renewals Associate (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, including processing invoices and monitoring payments
Track and manage the renewals pipeline, ensuring a seamless renewal process for contracts
Engage with customers to discuss contract terms and maintain strong relationships for retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years of experience in Finance operations, Renewals, Billing, or Sales Operations (SaaS or subscription business preferred)
Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, or Quickbooks is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
