We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist (Logistics) who will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing logistics-related data within our systems. This role supports the smooth operation of our supply chain by ensuring information is precise, accessible, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the company database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates.
• Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment.
• Prepare and generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.
• Assist with documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of sensitive data.
