Is responsible for complex applications and is knowledgeable of Software Vendor team-wide applications, projects and initiatives. Has an in depth understanding of system integration and takes steps to insure that other systems and modules will work in harmony with their supported applications. Successfully completes work assignments that are complex, multi-disciplinary, multi- application oriented, and require new and unique approaches with a varied group of people. Operates under the guidance of Business Applications Analysts, Business Applications Analyst Advanced, and / or Team Leads. Efficiently escalates handling of problem or difficult issues and ensures deadlines are met even when this requires that others be persuaded to reprioritize or undertake a completely different approach than is normal, as well as any other projects or tasks assigned to the Information Systems Department. The Business Applications Analyst Associate works under the IS Leadership and assumes an active role in delivery of quality technology and information to support, promote, and enhance the organizations ability for effective decision making, patient care, patient safety, education, and research.
The Business Applications Analyst Associate serves as an application specialist who uses expert knowledge, clinical, financial, or information technology experience, and a self-directed approach to develop, establish, and maintain computer application solutions

Minimum Education
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from 2 year college program or technical school; Or two years related experience and / or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
