We are looking to add a full-time experienced front desk dental administrator to our team of dedicated dental professionals. To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in dental administration. Preferred candidates will also have experience using Dentrix.

Duties include :

Welcoming patients to our practice

Scheduling patient appointments

Coordinating dental treatment

Presenting dental treatment plans

Communicating with patients via phone, text, and email in a warm and professional manner

Entering patient demographics into Dentrix

Verifying and entering dental insurance into Dentrix

Helping patients decipher their EOBs

Scanning EOBs

Facilitating the transfer of patient records from other offices and to specialists

Following all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications :

Minimum of two (2) years experience in dental administration

Preferred candidates will also have experience with Dentrix

Strong written and verbal communication skills

In-depth knowledge of dental conditions and treatments

Comprehensive knowledge of dental PPOs
