Ultimately you will own our Client’s Onboarding documentation experience This includes :
Owning the research, creation, validation and negotiation oversight of client documentation for account openingLeverage critical thinking skills to customize, streamline, and solution account and documentation needsManaging client and internal expectations with a continued drive to exceed expectationsInteracting with clients, answering client questions and working with clients to minimize documentation requirementsRepresenting the team as the Documentation Specialist on your assigned implementationsCollaborate with team and internal partners (Legal, Service, Sales, KYC) to deliver a seamless client onboarding experienceOwning your role and feeling empowered to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to successRequirement :
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities :
· Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science degree
· Paralegal or Juris Doctor certificate
· Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Time management and organizational skills · Experience in financial services, if possible Corporate / Commercial Banking
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
