The Accounting Manager position is newly created to support an expanding portfolio and provides the opportunity to co-manage and mentor a senior accountant. Responsibilities :

• Supervise fund administrators in preparing GAAP financial statements
• Analyze transactions and variances, recommending actions to leadership
• Maintain accounting files for property funds, including invoices, depreciation, and journal entries
• Oversee audits and coordinate tax filings
• Monitor cash, perform bank reconciliations, and support financial reporting
• Maintain investor reporting and respond to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and tax requirements
