Job Description

Front Desk / Administrative Assistant – Client-Focused CPA Firm | $22–$28 / hr (up to $30 / hr)

📍 Green Bay, WI | 💼 Full-Time, In-Office | 🕐 Mon–Fri (Closed Fridays after April 15)

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented team member to be the first point of contact at our CPA firm. You’ll welcome clients, answer calls, handle document drop-offs and pickups, and help keep our office running smoothly.

The ideal person has a positive attitude , excellent customer service skills , and enjoys solving problems and figuring things out . After tax season, this role will expand into payroll support, data entry, and light bookkeeping (no accounting degree required — we’ll train the right person).
