A company is looking for a COBRA Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison for COBRA clients and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client and participant relationships for assigned groups, ensuring complete account compliance
Oversee COBRA mailings, data processing, and audit procedures to maintain data integrity
Provide high-level customer service and assist with seasonal client activities and technical inquiries
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in benefits management or customer service
Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, but not required
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
Ability to manage client relationships and handle conflict professionally
Proficient in processing and manipulating data while ensuring accuracy and integrity
