Staff React Native Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff React Native Engineer to lead the technical direction of their next-generation member experience across mobile and web.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture and technical direction for a new cross-platform React Native codebase (iOS, Android, Web)

Define patterns for state management, navigation, and data fetching, driving consistent adoption

Collaborate on a design-system approach to enable fast, consistent assembly of new member experiences

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree at a minimum

7+ years of direct relevant experience

Deep expertise in React Native, with a history of building large-scale, multi-platform applications

Experience architecting large React / React Native codebases with clear boundaries and layering

Proven ability to lead complex re-platforming or greenfield rebuilds
