HOW AN APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :

We are seeking an experienced UI / UX Developer capable of working within a software development team to provide accessible front end design modifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• Experience developing medium to large-scale applications; testing, linting, and adherence to coding / web standards.
• Hands-on experience with at least one : React, Vue. Vue is preferred.
• Solid understanding of usability and accessibility standards including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Proven experience of practice knowledge working in Agile Projects from user stories and backlog management to acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Fundamental experience with design principles, and component library creation
• Comfortable with Git and the Command Line
• Comfortable working in the Browser ecosystem, including concepts like the DOM and CSS's cascade
• Comfortable identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, theming, etc.)
• Comfortable working in and defining common UI grid layouts
• Implement the product's lifecycle : Design, development, quality, deployment and maintenance
• Develop and adhere to best-practices for developing applications
• Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process
