Your Driver duties and responsibilities include :
Position Summary
This position provides transportation to and from medical and personal appointments and group or individual leisure activities upon request.
Essential Functions
Transportation
Ensure residents are transported safely to and from personal appointments upon requestFacilitate leisure outings, including transportation, for residents including, but not limited to : shopping, sight-seeing, etc.Customer Service
Continually observe resident satisfaction with life engagement programming and look for opportunities to engage resident families for feedback regarding individual resident preferencesCommunicate with community leadership and resident families regarding successes and challenges observed while transporting residents and leading leisure excursionsCollaboration
Educate residents, resident families, community leaders, and team members on the importance of life engagement programmingServe as a resource for team members regarding opportunities for additional informal life engagement activities outside of the scheduled programmingSuccessful Employee Attributes at Oxford Senior Living
