Sales Associate

General Summary

We are seeking outgoing, friendly and helpful associates to welcome and assist customers. The Sales Associate will help with receipt, stocking, and pricing of all merchandise. Additionally, they will help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.

Customer Service :

• Project a positive representation of Ace Hardware of Fort Collins.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when they leave the store.
• Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
• Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
• Build a strong product knowledge, knowledge of store layout, and location of products.
• Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service, based on the premise of amazing every

customer, every time.

Tim and Julie's first priority is always ensuring that customers have all the necessary supplies, resources and knowledge to turn their living space into a palace or outdoor oasis.

Ace Hardware began as a small chain of stores in 1924 and has grown to include more than 5,000 stores across all 50 states, the District of Columbia and approximately 60 countries. As part of a cooperative, every Ace Hardware store is independently owned.
