Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Part-Time Medical Receptionist for a company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative operation while supporting the clinical team.

Pay Rate : $12.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours : Part-time : 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Medical Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner, both in person and on the phone.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Answer patient questions, provide assistance and directions, and manage inquiries while maintaining a calm and orderly environment.

Medical Receptionist Qualifications and Requirements :

Prior experience in a medical office or customer service setting is highly preferred.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and react effectively to patient needs.
