A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist ROI Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients, patients, and requestors with status of requests for medical records via phone
Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions taken
Meet daily goals of 85 calls per day while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bilingual in Spanish and English
1+ year of call center experience
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office
Previous medical industry experience preferred but not required
