Job summary :

The Graphic Designer (Contract) will provide ongoing design support (both print and digital) to supplement Natera's marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with Natera's in-house Creative and Brand team. The ideal candidate works quickly, is highly creative, driven, organized, and possesses a strong attention-to-detail. Applicants must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, work on multiple projects concurrently, and communicate with colleagues from different groups / levels exceptionally well.

Key responsibilities :

Design and update various types of new and existing marketing collateral including (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, print and digital ads, tradeshow booth design, web images, charts / graphs, and presentation design based on current brand guidelines. Video editing experience is a plus (but not required).

Collaborate with creative team on conceptual development exercises and larger company-wide initiatives.

Proof, refine, edit, and prepare files for pre- and post- production. Work with print fulfillment team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Digitally manipulate photographs and / or artwork using Adobe Creative Suite and incorporate these images into documents.

Assist in maintaining our creative resource library.

Ideal candidate :

3-5 years of related experience and a Bachelor of Arts / Science degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).

High level of attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills—Must be able to multitask, pivot / prioritize, and manage projects ensuring all tasks are completed.

Excellent communication skills—When needed, communicate with team members about the requirements of each project.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).

This is a 40 hours / week, entry / mid-level, contract position (remote).

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
