Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
13+ years of related talent acquisition experience, focusing on technical hiring
7+ years of leadership experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
