Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth objectives

Lead the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and modern technologies while ensuring governance and compliance

Oversee core mortgage technology platforms and manage technology budgets and vendor relationships

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior roles

5+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services

Experience leading large-scale technology transformations and implementing AI-driven solutions

Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and data governance
